We are a fast-growing enterprise Saa S startup working with some of the biggest names in the construction industry and we’re just getting started. Customer Success Associate We are looking for Customer Success Associates to join our growing team in India. As a Customer Success Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our global customers, ensuring successful onboarding, smooth adoption, and continued value realization from the Track3 D platform. You will work closely with our Customer Success Managers (CSMs), Implementation team, and Product team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Customer Onboarding & Training Support onboarding sessions and assist customers in setting up and using the Track3 D platform. Conduct training sessions, prepare how-to guides, and respond to customer queries. Support & Issue Resolution Act as the first line of support for customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and escalating to Product/Tech teams where necessary. Capture customer feedback and insights to share with Product and Customer Success teams. Maintain customer interaction logs, usage updates, and support tickets. Coordinate internally with Implementation, Processing, and Tech teams to ensure timely deliverables. 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, or related roles in Saa S / technology companies (fresh graduates with strong communication skills may also apply). ~ Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. ~ Ability to manage multiple priorities, with strong organizational and time-management skills. ~ Play a critical role in ensuring customer success through onboarding, support, and long-term relationship building. S. leadership, gaining international exposure and cross-cultural experience. Work directly with leading enterprise clients and top construction firms from around the world.
