By turning real-time visual data into AI-powered insights, we help owners, general contractors, and trade partners track progress, reduce disputes, and accelerate project outcomes.We are a fast-growing enterprise Saa S startup working with some of the biggest names in the construction industry and we’re just getting started.Role Overview : Customer Success AssociateWe are looking for Customer Success Associates to join our growing team in India. As a Customer Success Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our global customers, ensuring successful onboarding, smooth adoption, and continued value realization from the Track3 D platform. You will work closely with our Customer Success Managers (CSMs), Implementation team, and Product team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Onboarding & TrainingSupport onboarding sessions and assist customers in setting up and using the Track3 D platform.Conduct training sessions, prepare how-to guides, and respond to customer queries.Adoption & EngagementMonitor customer usage and adoption metrics, ensuring consistent engagement.Identify early warning signals for churn and proactively work on re-engagement.Support & Issue ResolutionAct as the first line of support for customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and escalating to Product/Tech teams where necessary.Ensure timely responses and maintain high customer satisfaction.Value Delivery & Feedback LoopWork with CSMs to document success criteria and track progress against them.Capture customer feedback and insights to share with Product and Customer Success teams.Collaboration & DocumentationMaintain customer interaction logs, usage updates, and support tickets.Coordinate internally with Implementation, Processing, and Tech teams to ensure timely deliverables.What We’re Looking For :1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, or related roles in Saa S / technology companies (fresh graduates with strong communication skills may also apply).Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.Ability to manage multiple priorities, with strong organizational and time-management skills.Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new tools and platforms.Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.Exposure to construction technology, Saa S platforms, or enterprise clients is a plus.Why Join Us?Join a fast-growing U.
