We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Furniture Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves assisting customers, understanding their requirements, showcasing furniture products, and achieving sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable furniture solutions.
  • Present and demonstrate furniture designs, features, and benefits.
  • Prepare quotations, process sales orders, and handle billing.
  • Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new arrivals, trends, and promotions.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat and referral business.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the delivery/operations team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Maintain showroom cleanliness, display arrangement, and stock records.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in furniture or home décor.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products.
  • Basic knowledge of billing software/CRM is a plus.
  • A positive attitude with a strong sales and customer service orientation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
