**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Generation**:

- Actively engage with customers to understand their furniture requirements.
- Drive sales by promoting furniture products and services.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- **Customer Service**:

- Greet and assist customers in the showroom or on-site.
- Provide detailed product knowledge, including specifications, materials, and pricing.
- Address customer queries and follow up on leads to ensure satisfaction.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on the latest furniture trends, product features, and offerings.
- Advise customers on furniture selections that meet their functional and aesthetic needs.
- **Sales Operations**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales, orders, and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the inventory and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Assist in showroom organization, displays, and upkeep to attract customers.
- **Relationship Building**:

- Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 6 months to 6 years in furniture sales or a similar role.
- **Education**: Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to persuade, negotiate, and close sales.
- Excellent understanding of furniture products, designs, and trends.
- **Additional Attributes**:

- Customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
