Our goal is to help brands reach their target audiences through strategic partnerships with influencers, while delivering innovative and impactful campaigns which doesn't look like Ads.About the Role:We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Outreach Intern to ioin our team. In this role, you will help us find, connect, and manage influencers for different campaigns. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn how influencer marketing works from the inside and gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing industry.Responsibilities:⁃ Research and identify relevant influencers acrossInstagram, You Tube, and other social media platforms⁃ Reach out to influencers for collaborations and maintain communication with them.- Build and manage a database of influencers and track the outreach activities.- Support the team in influencer onboarding andcampaign coordination.⁃ Help create and send influencer briefs, proposals, andoutreach messages.⁃ Monitor influencer content to ensure campaign goals are met.- Staying updated with the latest influencer trends. sociamedia updates, and platform changes.Requirements:⁃ Good communication and writing skills,- Strong interest in influencer marketing and social media.⁃ Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks.⁃ Familiarity with Instagram, You Tube, and other sociamedia platforms.⁃ Good knowledge of Google Sheets, Excel, or CRM toolsis a plus⁃ Able to work independently and meet deadlines in aremote setup- We are strictly looking for individuals with proficiency in Hindi, English, and Nepali, and they should be based in Sikkim.
