Job Description Key Responsibilities - Maintain and regularly update the student placement database with accuracy and confidentiality. - Design and manage dynamic dashboards and MIS reports to track student outcomes, recruiter engagement, and placement progress. - Collaborate with placement officers and academic teams to collect, verify, and structure data for strategic planning. - Provide timely and actionable data-driven insights to support campus drives, outreach activities, and student readiness programs. - Ensure seamless data integration across platforms such as ERP systems, Excel, and third-party CRM or ATS platforms. - Troubleshoot discrepancies and resolve data quality issues. - Generate scheduled reports (daily, weekly, monthly) and customized insights as required by leadership. - Support internal and external audit and compliance processes through detailed documentation and record-keeping. - Prepare data summaries, charts, and visuals for internal presentations, board reviews, and partner communications.
