Job Description Key Responsibilities: Student Engagement & Participation - Facilitate induction and orientation programs for new students. - Promote student participation in extracurricular, cultural, wellness, and community-building events. - Encourage involvement in clubs, societies, and campus initiatives. Activity Coordination - Assist in planning, organizing, and executing student events and programs collaboratively. - Maintain and communicate an updated calendar of student activities. - Support logistics and documentation for student-led events. Student Support & Communication - Serve as a communication bridge between the Student Affairs Office and students. - Provide guidance on department services, events, and opportunities. - Collect and analyze student feedback to enhance programs and services. Administration & Reporting - Maintain records of student participation and prepare brief reports on activities and feedback. Collaboration & Outreach - Coordinate with faculty advisors, student leaders, and external partners for joint initiatives. - Participate in university committees, campaigns, and outreach activities as needed.
