Chief Coordinator - Navodaya Residencia for Girls Premium Residential Academy for NEET CBSE ICSE - A Division of Gyan Jyoti Educational Services Position Summary The Chief Coordinator will serve as the central leader responsible for ensuring the smooth operation growth and excellence of Navodaya Residencia for Girls This role combines strategic marketing outreach academic and hostel management and overall administration to create a safe disciplined and inspiring learning environment for girls The Chief Coordinator will act as the bridge between management staff students and parents ensuring quality education student well-being and brand growth Key Responsibilities 1 Marketing Outreach Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract residential and day-boarding students Conduct outreach in schools educational fairs and community events to promote Navodaya Residencia for Girls Oversee social media presence advertisements and promotional campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team Build partnerships with local organizations influencers and alumni networks for brand awareness Organize open houses campus tours and parent-student seminars for enrollment drive 2 Institute Management Monitor and ensure academic quality in line with NEET CBSE ICSE curriculum requirements Coordinate with teachers to maintain lesson plans schedules and student performance tracking Ensure proper classroom discipline attendance monitoring and assessment reporting Regularly review faculty performance and arrange professional development workshops Work with subject heads to ensure syllabus completion and exam readiness 3 Hostel Management Oversee day-to-day hostel operations including accommodation meals safety and cleanliness Ensure strict discipline safety measures and grievance redressal for all residents Coordinate with wardens cooks and support staff for smooth hostel functioning Implement student wellness programs yoga counseling extracurricular activities Maintain hostel records visitor logs and health check-up schedules 4 Overall Managerial Role Lead and motivate all academic administrative and hostel teams Develop SOPs Standard Operating Procedures for all departments Act as the primary contact for parents regarding academic and residential matters Ensure compliance with institutional policies government regulations and safety protocols Monitor budgets expenses and resource allocation Prepare and submit monthly performance reports to the Director Management Key Skills Competencies Strong leadership team management skills Excellent communication interpersonal abilities Proficiency in marketing outreach and public relations Strong organizational problem-solving skills Knowledge of hostel administration and academic coordination Ability to handle emergencies calmly and efficiently Qualifications Experience Bachelor s Master s degree in Education Management or related field B Ed M Ed preferred Minimum 5 years of experience in academic administration preferably in a residential school coaching setup Proven track record in student enrollment growth and operational excellence Fluency in English Hindi knowledge of additional languages is a plus Employment Details Location Adampool Highway Gangtok Sikkim Reporting To Director - Gyan Jyoti Educational Services Type Full-time Residential Preferred Salary Competitive based on qualifications experience plus performance-linked incentives About the Institution Navodaya Residencia for Girls is a newly established premium residential coaching campus under Gyan Jyoti Educational Services focused on preparing girls for academic success in CBSE ICSE and NEET Our motto is Where Girls Learn Securely Live Confidently Lead Fearlessly We are committed to discipline academic excellence and a nurturing environment for all Job Type Full-time Pay 300 000 00 - 360 000 00 per year Work Location In person Expected Start Date 01 12 2025
