Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Jaipur. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include market research, strategic planning, client presentations, and collaboration with the sales team. Additionally, the role involves managing client accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
  • Experience in Strategic Planning, Market Research, and Account Management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the insurance industry is a must
  • Proficiency in using Power Point and MS Office
