Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Jaipur. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, developing strategies to increase company revenue and market presence, and negotiating contracts. Daily tasks include market research, attending meetings with potential clients, creating sales presentations, and collaborating with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to business development.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Relationship Management
  • Skills in Market Research and Strategic Planning
  • Ability to create and deliver compelling Sales Presentations and Proposals
  • Strong Negotiation and Contract Management skills
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
