Job Title: Senior inside Sales Manager/ Inside sales Manager / Program Manager / Senior Manager

Location: 450, DBS Business Center DBS House, 26, Cunningham Rd, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560052

Experience: 3 to 6+Years

Salary: As Per Industry Standards

Function Department : Sales

Education Qualification : MBA with specialization in Sales and Marketing BE/BTECH with ECE/CSE/MCA/BCA Background

Job Description:

Core (Technical /operational responsibilities e.g. functional duties, financial mgt.,project management)

Must work preferably in the Edutech Industry with Data Science trending technology background and

Accountable for the revenue generation.

Candidates with 3 to 6 experience in Edutech companies like Edureka, Upgrad, Simplilearn,

Whitehat, Byju, Vedantu will be preferred more

Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills Are Must

Purpose of the Position (Job Summary):

This role would be part of the B2C sales function for India. He/she would drive the new customer

Acquisition, customer relationship management, Operations & reporting.

New Customer Acquisition

Conversion of leads received through various marketing channels

Preparing short-term and long-term sales plan towards reaching the assigned goals

Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives

Proactively identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with the existing customers

Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline

Customer Relationship Management

Understand the customer requirement and pass on the insights

towards the product portfolio improvement based on the customer interaction / feedback

Key Account Management

New account development

Operations and Reporting

Managing pre-sales to post-sales support activities for the assigned products/geographies and ensuring the highest customer satisfaction
