Job title:  Inside Sales Executive

As we expand our presence in the US market, we are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Executive to join our team, with the requirement to work from our India office during US time zone hours.
Position Overview:  As an ‘ Inside Sales Executive ’ focusing on the US market, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by engaging with potential clients and effectively communicating the value of our software solutions. Your responsibilities will include proactive outreach, lead qualification, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored business solutions.
Job Description & Duties:
Conduct outbound prospecting activities to identify and qualify leads within the US automotive market.
Utilize various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media, to initiate sales conversations and build relationships with prospective clients.
Understand customer needs and pain points to position our software solutions as essential tools for their business success.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies and campaigns.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
Required Skills:
Good at Verbal & Written English communication skills.
Proven success in inside sales or a similar role, preferably within the US market.
Cold calling experience with US / Canada region is a must.
Well-versed in Outreach Campaign management via different channels - email, cold calling, LinkedIn, Text messaging, etc. for lead generation & prospecting.
Skilled in - Lead Qualification (BANT), Objection Handling, Negotiation, Appointment Setting, Pain Funnel Discussion, Product Demo walkthrough, Pain Funnel &Pricing Discussion
Active listening and articulating skills and questioning abilities.
Highly motivated self-starter with a results-driven mindset and a passion for exceeding targets.
Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Good at resolving work related instances requiring Logical reasoning & mental ability skills and ability to tweak consultative sales approach post due diligence of customer’s perception management.
Qualification:
Work Experience: 3 – 5 yrs of relevant work experience.
IT Experience: Computer Skill using Word, Excel & PPT.
Academic / Other Qualifications: Any Graduate with relevant work experience.
