Job Details

You would be directly responsible for numerous eKYC (e-Know Your Customer) and client onboarding initiatives, optimizing customer experience, integrating new eKYC vendors, enhancing coverage with existing vendors, handling escalations and any other vendor communication, invoicing and contract management. The senior specialist will work with both external and internal parties to achieve KPIs for the Onboarding/eKYC team.
The ideal candidate has proven eKYC/KYC and business analyst (BA) experience, as well as experience in user story writing, scrum and working with external vendors. They also have initiative, analytical and problem-solving skills, and good knowledge of project management practices as learned on the job. 

Primary responsibilities (not limited to)

Be responsible for particular eKYC vendor(s), including communication, proof of concept and discovery, contracting, integration, etc. Write user stories, independently come up with requirements and acceptance criteria. Conduct user acceptance testing for eKYC vendors and other relevant functionalities. Take part in regular tasks like invoicing and reconciliation, performance monitoring via reports and sampling, responding to inbox and case escalations to internal and external stakeholders, troubleshooting, etc.  Work with internal stakeholders to ensure they are informed of any relevant changes, and that their needs and downstream processes are accounted for and improved where possible. Research competitors and new potential eKYC vendors or coverage with existing ones.  Proactively give suggestions for onboarding customer experience enhancement and eKYC coverage optimizations and expansion.  Ensure proper and detailed record-keeping in Jira and Confluence. Work closely with the team to ensure everyone, including yourself, has the proper tools and knowledge to handle assigned or occurring workload.  Maintain excellent understanding of onboarding policies and procedures, with an ability to present clearly to internal and external parties. You may also be included in scrum master rotations. Perform other assignments and tasks as assigned by Management.

Requirements

University degree in Economics, Computer science or other relevant field. BA experience of 2+ years KYC and/or eKYC experience Experience working with Jira, Confluence and databases  Very good command of English both verbally and in writing Self-starter – independent and with initiative Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail Curious to learn and implement new knowledge  Passionate about improving customer experience  Team player BA/Scrum certification is considered a plus 

Working days/hours:  Monday to Friday, 10am-7pm; Fully working from the office - Indiqube Alpine (Transit) 7th Floor, Jawaharlal Nehru Road, Guindy Area - adjacent to Ekattuthangal Metro Station.
