Customer Support Representative | AU Client | Office-based

Job Summary:
We seek a dynamic Customer Support Representative who is versatile, flexible, and ready to immerse themselves in various aspects of customer service and communication. This individual will work closely with our team to provide top-notch customer support, ensuring high-quality interaction with our platform users.
- Deliver outstanding customer support via live chat, email, and phone
- Craft and refine customer support resources, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and help centre guides
- Collaborate across our business to swiftly resolve customer issues and brainstorm cross-functional solutions
- Stay savvy with our products and services to guide customers accurately
- Work closely with our product and campaign management teams to ensure innovative customer solutions are being fed back into our product and processes
- Monitor and report on support metrics and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Actively participate in team meetings and training for continuous professional development
- Championing a customer-first culture, providing feedback and improvement suggestions
- Analyse and share insights on customer feedback trends, helping us stay ahead
Requirements Requirements/Skills Needed:
- At least 3 years' experience in a customer support role
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in using customer service software
- Ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically
- High levels of attention to detail
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort working on a range of tasks and happy to go the extra mile when needed
- Experience in building chatbot systems to support customer service
- Experience working in startups or the startup ecosystem
- Experience working in the Financial or FinTech industries (i.e., investment banking, law firm, professional services, etc.)
Additional Job Details:
Set-up and Location: Office-based (Ortigas, Alabang, Pampanga, or Cebu)
Work Schedule: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (AEST) | 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM (PH Time)
Employment Type: Full-time
