Nuestra compañía multinacional está reclutando representantes de servicio al cliente de habla hispana para la recepción de llamadas de servicio al cliente
Dentro de un equipo joven y dinámico tendrás la siguiente misión:

Aconsejar y recomendar a los clientes las soluciones que mejor se adapten a sus intereses; Asegurar la gestión de las cuentas de los clientes; Proporcionar asistencia técnica básica.Tras

un período de formación inicial muy corto y remunerado,se beneficiará de un ciclo de formación continua destinado a promover su carrera en una empresa multinacional que le ofrece las oportunidades y los medios para evolucionar.

Perfil buscado


Un muy buen dominio del lenguaje en el que se aplica, tanto oral como escrito;

Un nivel mínimo de educación de al menos una licenciatura; La experiencia previa en relaciones con los clientes es muy deseable; Un espíritu comercial combinado con una fuerte capacidad de sugestión; Habilidades de comunicación interpersonal;- Una actitud orientada al cliente (Sonrisa, cortesía, empatía, capacidad de escuchar hasta el final sin interrumpir al cliente).

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

Call Center experience a plus Answers inbound calls within guidelines/goals established by the client and management. Consistently achieves call quality score goals in order to meet client and customer satisfaction goals.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
