The Corridors, Chattarpur, is New Delhi's premier boutique retail destination, offering a curated mix of luxury boutiques, artisanal dining, and lifestyle experiences, akin to our neighbor, The Dhan Mill. Were seeking a strategic Leasing Head to build a vibrant tenant mix, drive leasing growth, and position The Corridors as a must-visit retail hub for affluent, trend-savvy shoppers.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute leasing strategies to attract high-end boutique brands, designers, and F&B tenants aligned with The Corridors luxury and lifestyle vision.

  • Negotiate lease agreements to maximize rental revenue and ensure long-term tenant partnerships, targeting categories like fashion, entertainment, and F&B.

  • Identify and onboard domestic and international brands (e.g., artisanal labels, global boutiques) to enhance the curated retail experience.

  • Conduct market research to analyze consumer trends and competitor offerings in Chattarpur, ensuring a unique tenant mix.

  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align leasing strategies with customer experience goals and event programming.

  • Manage leasing budgets, forecast rental income, and optimize occupancy rates to achieve financial targets.

  • Build relationships with brand owners, retailers, and real estate consultants to drive leasing activity in a competitive market.

What Were Looking For:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred).

  • 8-12 years of experience in retail leasing, preferably in luxury or boutique retail, with a proven track record of securing high-profile tenants.

  • Strong negotiation skills and expertise in lease agreements, rental structures, and market analysis.

  • Proficient in MS Excel, CRM tools, and real estate management software; knowledge of retail leasing trends in India.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to engage with brands, retailers, and stakeholders.

  • Strategic mindset with a passion for curating unique retail ecosystems.
