Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Retail Leasing Executive/Assistant Manager located in Delhi, India. The individual in this role will be responsible for managing commercial leasing activities, lease negotiations, lease administration, and market research. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential tenants, negotiating lease terms, handling leasing documentation, and conducting market analysis to inform leasing strategies. Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders will also be a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Experience in Retail Leasing, Lease Negotiations, and Lease Administration
- Proficient in Leases and Market Research
- Presentable,Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
