Position: Growth Strategist
Position Overview: We are seeking a Growth Strategist to join our dynamic marketing team in Mumbai. In this role, you will support the CMO and the broader marketing team in executing a wide range of marketing strategies and campaigns, focused on growth, brand development, and performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Marketing Strategy : Assist the CMO in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies, including growth marketing, brand positioning, and customer acquisition initiatives.
Performance Marketing : Coordinate with the performance marketing team to support paid media campaigns across various digital platforms. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success and optimize performance.
Brand Marketing : Work with the team on brand-building activities, including brand strategy, customer engagement, and outreach programs. Assist in executing brand campaigns and maintaining brand consistency across channels.
Market Research : Conduct competitor analysis and market research to support marketing initiatives. Gather insights into customer preferences, emerging trends, and industry developments.
Content Creation and Management : Assist in content creation, scheduling, and management across various digital and offline channels. Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
Project Management : Help manage marketing projects by coordinating with cross-functional teams, tracking deadlines, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Data Analysis and Reporting : Gather data and create reports on campaign performance, audience engagement, and other key metrics. Present insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
MBA from Tier-1 or Tier-2 Colleges
3+ years of experience in program or project management, with a strong background in education, consulting, or technology sectors.
Strong analytical skills and an understanding of key marketing metrics.
Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM software).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
