Role summary and key responsibilities:

- Our liabilities business is presently one of the fastest growing in the industry both in terms of customers and size of the book, coming on the back of superior product proposition and industry leading digital capabilities

- In next few years, we want to grow the liabilities book by at least 4-5x. In line with overall strategy of the bank, we will build and scale up truly transformational digital, analytics and organizational capabilities which will enable us to acquire high quality customer base and then build deep banking relationship with them to drive this growth

As part of this ambition, we want to create country’s best digital-led relationship banking channels to service and engage our most premium customers.

The operating model for this relationship channel and portfolio management would be significantly differentiated from traditional setups both in terms of people and tech capabilities.

Our intent is to go to market and differentiate our product in the market on the back of the experience and engagement delivered through this channel for our customers

We are looking to hire a dynamic business leader for our biggest setup in the country. You will report directly to the National Sales Head – Elite Banker. You will be responsible for all aspects of business for the center including,

Fully own and drive P&L for the center including book growth, product cross sell, wealth, and end to end servicing for the mapped portfolio.

Engagement strategy development: Develop and execute engagement strategies and plans to achieve revenue and engagement targets. Identify potential growth opportunities, market trends, and customer needs to enhance engagement effectiveness.

Drive delivery of superior customer experience of mapped book including owning all related service capabilities and activities

Build a high performing relationship banking organization including customer facing relationship RMs, supervisory and managerial team, and associated ops roles. Provide guidance, coaching, and support to ensure high performance and achievement of objective

Set up best practices and operational cadences for performance tracking & reporting in order to drive continuous improvement across productivity, effectiveness, and employee engagement of front line RMs

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and manage risk effectively

Solid understanding of consumer/ banking/ fintech products & journeys

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and senior management

Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred qualifications:

15+ years of relevant work experience in senior leadership or business roles across banking companies.
