Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Representative located in Noida. The Customer Care Representative will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, process orders, and provide information about products and services. The role involves managing customer interactions through phone, email, and chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills, including handling inquiries and resolving complaints
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, and related technologies
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Salary Range:
- Fresher- 4 LPA
- Experienced-5.13LPA
