Senior Inside Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly driven, strategic, and visionary Senior Sales Excecutive who is passionate about decentralized technologies and eager to play a central role in expanding our footprint across the global blockchain and Web3 ecosystem.As a key member of our growth team, you will be responsible for sourcing, building, and nurturing business opportunities that align with our goals. This includes partnerships with Web3 protocols, crypto startups, NFT marketplaces, DeFi platforms, DAOs, and blockchain-based enterprises.You will also help craft go-to-market strategies, close revenue-generating deals, and shape the future of how blockchain-based services are adopted and scaled worldwide.Key Responsibilities Client & Partnership Acquisition:Proactively identify and reach out to potential partners, clients, influencers, and collaborators in the blockchain space (DeFi, GameFi, NFTs, exchanges, etc.)Manage the full sales lifecycle—from lead generation and initial outreach to negotiations, closing, and ongoing account managementEstablish strong relationships with VCs, accelerators, Web3 communities, crypto marketing agencies, and other strategic entitiesStrategy & Market Expansion:Design and execute scalable business development strategies tailored to each market segment (B2B, B2C, DAOs, etc.)Research and map industry verticals and new blockchain use cases to uncover revenue-driving opportunitiesLead go-to-market planning and collaborate with founders, marketers, and developers to bring Web3 solutions to lifeProduct Pitching & Custom Solutions:Understand the needs of various clients and match them with our suite of offerings:Token development (utility, governance, reward)Smart contracts and audit-ready blockchain architectureNFT marketplace setup and tokenization servicesCustom dApps, DeFi protocols, wallets, and Layer 1/2 integrationsCollaborate with internal tech teams to design and propose tailored blockchain solutions that resonate with client objectivesRequired Skills & Qualifications Experience:Minimum 3 years of Sales Executive, strategic partnerships, or B2B sales experienceAt least 1 year of proven involvement in blockchain, Web3, crypto, NFT, or DeFi-related projects (startup, DAO, agency, or enterprise)Knowledge:Blockchain fundamentals (smart contracts, tokens, consensus mechanisms)Cryptocurrency and wallet mechanics (Metamask, cold wallets, etc.)Tokenomics, NFTs, DAOs, Layer 1 and Layer 2 protocols, zk-rollups, and staking modelsMarket trends across sectors like DeFi, SocialFi, Real World Asset tokenization (RWAs), and cross-chain ecosystemsSkills:Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and client-handling abilitiesAbility to structure complex deals and manage multiple stakeholdersExcellent pitch-building, storytelling, and demo-presentation skillsData-driven with strong reporting and analysis skillsProficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, Google Workspace , and blockchain research tools (e.g., Dune, Nansen, Etherscan, etc.)
