Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and driven
Sales Manager / BD Executive
with a strong background in
digital media ad sales
, especially in
programmatic media buying
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic relationships, and driving revenue growth through ad sales to agencies and direct clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth through sales of digital advertising solutions, with a focus on
programmatic media buying
. - Build, manage, and grow a pipeline of leads from agencies and direct advertisers.
- Identify client needs and tailor programmatic advertising solutions accordingly.
- Work closely with internal strategy, trading, and campaign teams to deliver proposals and close deals.
- Develop deep relationships with media agencies, trading desks, and marketing heads.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies in the AdTech ecosystem.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
Requirements:
- 3–7 years of experience in
digital media sales
, preferably with expertise in
programmatic advertising
or performance marketing. - Strong network of contacts within digital agencies and brand advertisers in India.
- Solid understanding of programmatic buying platforms (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk, etc.).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-starter attitude with a passion for sales and relationship-building.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
