Role DescriptionThis is a full-time WFH and as required (once or twice a month need to visit the office ) role for a Business Development Associate located in Dahisar(Mumbai). The Business Development Associate will be responsible for managing relationships with clients, assessing market trends, handling calls, and establishing partnerships to drive business growth. The Business Development Associate will also be responsible for managing budgets, organizing events, and coordinating with other teams to ensure project completion.Timings: EST Time ( 8.00 pm to 5.00 am IST ) Only Night ShiftsSalary: 25k 35k INR+ Performance based IncentiveResponsibilities:1. Minimum 2 years experiencein Sales2. From the Diamond industry3. good communication skills4. willing to work for the night shift5. Added advantage if speaks French or Spanish language6. Handling the set of clients given to produce businessQualificationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in callingStrong analytical and strategic thinking skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionKnowledge of the diamond and jewelry industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related fieldApply with confidence for a great future.
