Accountabilities & Responsibilities of the Job:

Strategic HR :Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectivesLead workforce planning initiatives to ensure the right talent is in place to drive business successAligned HR activities as per organization HR philosophy, policies and procedures to promote a positive work culture and employee engagement

Talent AcquisitionTo ensure end to end recruitment processes to attract top talent to strengthen Ports TeamEnhance onboarding experience for all new joinees to make them ready to perform in shortest timeline

Talent ManagementTo ensure proper Talent pipeline in the Organization to mitigate business riskTo identify & facilitate nurturing of Hi Potential TalentTo provide growth to internal talent through structured programTo develop tomorrow’s leader in the Biz

Capability EnhancementTo enhance capability of the workforce by identifying & facilitating desired Learning NeedsTo design the framework to make workforce future readyTo identify the skill gap in the organization & prepare comprehensive plan to bridge the gap

Employee EngagementTo carryout Employee Engagement Survey and derived action plan to enhance Employee Engagement Score in Port BizTo prepare & implement Employee Engagement framework across Port sitesDrive various Employee Wellbeing programs in the Port Biz

Employee Relations & Labor Law ComplianceTo ensure smooth ER in various sites of Port Biz in the countryTo integrate new sites into Organization PortsTo ensure necessary compliances as per applicable labour laws in all sites of PortsTo liaison with various external stakeholders & other interested parties to ensure smooth functioning of all Ports

Leading HR FunctionTo equip & develop various HR Leads available in different sites of Ports to deal with various internal & external stakeholdersTo establish common policies for Port Biz which can enable HR Leads to function effectively at sitesTo lead HR team during integration / post integration activities

Relevant Education -

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-SCP) is preferred

Relevant Years of Experience:Overall Experience : 15-20 Yrs
