Capability EnhancementTo enhance capability of the workforce by identifying & facilitating desired Learning NeedsTo design the framework to make workforce future readyTo identify the skill gap in the organization & prepare comprehensive plan to bridge the gap
Employee EngagementTo carryout Employee Engagement Survey and derived action plan to enhance Employee Engagement Score in Port BizTo prepare & implement Employee Engagement framework across Port sitesDrive various Employee Wellbeing programs in the Port Biz
Employee Relations & Labor Law ComplianceTo ensure smooth ER in various sites of Port Biz in the countryTo integrate new sites into Organization PortsTo ensure necessary compliances as per applicable labour laws in all sites of PortsTo liaison with various external stakeholders & other interested parties to ensure smooth functioning of all Ports
Leading HR FunctionTo equip & develop various HR Leads available in different sites of Ports to deal with various internal & external stakeholdersTo establish common policies for Port Biz which can enable HR Leads to function effectively at sitesTo lead HR team during integration / post integration activities
Relevant Education -
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-SCP) is preferred
