Key responsibilities:
1. HR Operations
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with the company’s goals.
Manage day-to-day HR activities such as payroll, benefits administration, and employee records.
2. Talent Acquisition
Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs.
Manage end-to-end hiring process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
3. Employee Onboarding and Exit
Create an engaging onboarding experience that aligns new employees with the company culture and values.
Maintain comprehensive onboarding checklists and facilitate orientation programs.
Manage offboarding procedures, including conducting exit interviews and completing necessary documentation, F&F settlement.
4. Employee Engagement
Plan and implement initiatives that boost team morale and productivity.
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and work on conflict resolution and team cohesion.
5. Performance Management
Develop and maintain a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Guide managers and employees through the performance evaluation process, setting clear goals and feedback mechanisms.
Assist in identifying training needs and developing employee development programs.
6. Compliance
Ensure adherence to local labor laws and industry regulations.
Prepare and file necessary compliance documentation as required.
7. Administrative Tasks
Oversee office management functions such as procurement of office supplies, coordinating facility needs, and ensuring a productive work environment.
Handle vendor relationships and maintain office-related services.
Manage and track HR budgets, ensuring cost efficiency.
Qualifications
MBA with 2+ years of proven track record in HR function
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Startup experience is preferred
Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
