Configure and customize Service Now workflows, scripts, and business rules to automate processes. Implement complex Service Now integrations with other systems (REST/SOAP). Provide support for Service Now applications and implement bug fixes, enhancements, and improvements. Conduct regular system upgrades and patches to maintain the latest version of Service Now. Develop and maintain custom UI pages, Service Catalog items, and forms. Monitor and troubleshoot Service Now instances to ensure optimal performance. Assist in the deployment of solutions and provide post-deployment support. Collaborate with team members in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality solutions. Must have: Agentic AI and Prompt engineering practical exposure
