Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications and services, including customizations and integrations.- Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.- Develop and manage ServiceNow modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge, CMDB, etc.).- Configure and customize ServiceNow workflows, scripts, and business rules to automate processes.- Implement complex ServiceNow integrations with other systems (REST/SOAP).- Provide support for ServiceNow applications and implement bug fixes, enhancements, and improvements.- Conduct regular system upgrades and patches to maintain the latest version of ServiceNow.- Develop and maintain custom UI pages, Service Catalog items, and forms.- Monitor and troubleshoot ServiceNow instances to ensure optimal performance.- Assist in the deployment of solutions and provide post-deployment support.- Collaborate with team members in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality solutions.Must have: Agentic AI and Prompt engineering practical exposure
