Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications and services, including customizations and integrations.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
  • Develop and manage ServiceNow modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge, CMDB, etc.).
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow workflows, scripts, and business rules to automate processes.
  • Implement complex ServiceNow integrations with other systems (REST/SOAP).
  • Provide support for ServiceNow applications and implement bug fixes, enhancements, and improvements.
  • Conduct regular system upgrades and patches to maintain the latest version of ServiceNow.
  • Develop and maintain custom UI pages, Service Catalog items, and forms.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot ServiceNow instances to ensure optimal performance.
  • Assist in the deployment of solutions and provide post-deployment support.
  • Collaborate with team members in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality solutions.
