LocationBangalore

ResponsibilitiesDesignand automate essential data pipelines and inputs ensuring seamlessintegrationwith downstream analytics and productionsystems.Collaborate with crossfunctional teams tointegrate new functionalities into existingdatapipelines including lower test environments to help validate andassess impactprior to Production integration whereapplicable.Implement data governance and qualityprocesses to ensure the integrity and accuracyof datathroughout its lifecycle.Monitor data systems andprocesses to identify issues and proactively implementimprovements to prevent future problems.Participate incode reviews with senior developers prior to pushing the codeintoproduction to ensure meeting accuracy and bestpractice standards.Implement data pipeline DirectedAcyclic Graphs (DAGs) and maintenance DAGs.Configureand setup DAGs based on the data to run Spark commands in parallelandsequential.Perform unit testing usingtest cases and fix any bugs.Optimize code to meetproduct SLAsSupport multiple projects and communicatewith stakeholders in various organizations.Thisincludes regularly providing status updates developing timelinesprovidinginsights etc.KeySkillsBachelors Degree in Computer ScienceData Science Analytics or related field3 years ofexperience with the following:Coding in Python PySparkand SQLHive data storage technologiesWorking within cloudbased infrastructures and tools such as AWS EC2GitLab andAirflow.

Workingwithin the Software Development Life Cycle framework andapplyingsoftware development best practicesBuilding monitoring checks and tools to ensure infrastructure andrelated processes areworking as expectedSolid understanding of system design data structures andperformance optimizationtechniquesExcellentproblem solving skills and attention to detailWellorganized and able to handle and prioritize multipleassignmentsAble to communicate effectively both orallyand in writing(Preferred) 2 years experience withvisualization and reporting tools e.g. Tableau(Preferred) Experience deploying and maintaining Machine Learningmodels withinProduction environments(Preferred) Experience working with Jira Confluence andSmartsheets(Preferred) Experience with AlteryxDatabricks platform
