JobDescription
Asan FPA & Investor Relations Lead you will report to the CEO ofthe company and work closely with the finance team for planning andanalysis (FP&A) focusing on the organizations financialplanning forecasting monitoring and analysis activities. The idealcandidate usually has at least 56 years of experience in consultingaccounting or finance with significant experience in a managementrole. Candidates should have preference / prior exposure to themanufacturingsector.
Responsibilities
Develop an annual business plan and financial strategy along withbusiness and financial KPIs which will be used to assess thesuccess of both the business and the financialstrategy.
Monitor & drive adherence to the plan and outcomes set out inthe business plan and recommend improvements to the plan asrequired
Analyze competitor and market financial information to provideinsight to assist with decisionmaking.
Track performance against key targets and outcomes and produceregular
corporatelevel management information to all seniormanagement
Work with business teams to support with data and insights toensure path to green is established for every concernarea.
Produce regular financial reporting to give an overview of businessand financial performance. Highlight trends key actions andstrategicimplications.
Creation of quarterly financial forecasts to be used by theBusiness Partners senior management and theBoard.
Use the output of financial models and analysis of trends to drivedecision making and working across the business to ensure goals aremet.
Produce professional reports and presentations summarizing theforecasts for senior management and theBoard.
Develop fundraising plans with senior management and manage theprocess requiring interactions with investment bankers VCs VDfirms.
Lead the FP&A team including team recruitment developmentperformance management and taskmanagement.
Identify develop and retain future talent to support businessgrowth.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree from Tier 1 engineering college and more than 6years of experience in consulting finance accounting or leadershiproles instartups.
General knowledge of accounting/financial/operationalprinciples
Experience developing financial reports andmetrics
Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interactwith various managementlevels
Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing fastpacedenvironment
Strong Excel Word and PowerPointskills
Superior attention to detail and ability to successfully managemultiple competing priorities while maintaining a view of the bigpicture
Demonstrated ability to influence others through effective verbaland writtencommunication
Demonstrated ability to drive projects across anorganization
