Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients upon their arrival at the organization, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Address any client concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and designs in the jewelry industry.
  • Assist clients in selecting jewelry items and ensure a seamless purchasing experience.
  • Ensure clear, professional, and effective communication with clients through both in-person and remote channels.
  • Fluent in English to interact with both domestic and international clients.
  • Welcome clients during their visits, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable..
  • Conduct follow-up communication after client visits or purchases to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
  • Maintain accurate client records, including contact details, preferences, and purchase history.
  • Ensure high standards of professionalism, presenting the organization in a positive and approachable manner.
  • Utilize Tiara software for efficient inventory management, order processing, and client data handling.
  • Use Excel and Google Sheets to manage client data, track sales, and generate reports.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: Prior experience in client relations or customer service in the jewelry industry is a plus.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with Tiara profiles and jewelry designs.
  • Language: Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Personality: Strong interpersonal skills, friendly, and customer-focused.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35, ₹50,000.00 per month
