Position Details:Job Title: Resident Medical Officer (RMO) - Nephrology DepartmentLocation: Dr. P.K. Saha Hospital, Cooch Behar, West BengalEngagement Type: Full-timeQualifications Required:MBBS from a recognized institution.Valid registration with the Medical Council of India or State Medical Council.Prior experience in Nephrology/Dialysis care (preferred but not mandatory).BHMS candidates may be considered as physician assistant
if they have good experience in nephrologyKey Responsibilities:Patient Care:
Monitor patients undergoing dialysis and manage pre- and post-dialysis care.Assess, diagnose, and manage routine medical conditions in nephrology patients.Dialysis Supervision:
Ensure safe and effective dialysis procedures in collaboration with the nephrologist and nursing team.Manage emergencies related to dialysis or nephrology care.Documentation:
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.Assist in preparing patient discharge summaries.Coordination:
Collaborate with the Nephrology team to develop and implement patient care plans.Ensure seamless communication between the nephrology unit, patients, and families.Emergency Care:
Provide immediate medical attention to nephrology patients in emergencies.Handle critical care situations in the dialysis unit and coordinate with the ICU team when necessary.Education and Training:
