It is the largest private hospital in neighboring few districts in West Bengal with all major departments and is an extremely busy hospital with state-of-the-art emergency care, Cathlab, Neurosurgical facilities, high end diagnostic and laboratory services and excellent round the clock bed occupancy. Radiology department is one of the most important departments of the hospital with advanced 128 slice cardiac CT and 1.5 T MRI.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Radiology Manager at Dr PK Saha Hospital in Cooch Behar. The Radiology Manager will oversee the operations of the radiology department, manage staff, ensure quality patient care, and maintain imaging equipment.
Qualifications
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience in radiology or healthcare management
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards
Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology, Healthcare Administration, or related field
Minimum 5 years experience required
Experience with PACS and other radiology software
