As India’s leading collagen and wellness brand, we’re looking for passionate talent to join our dynamic HK Vitals team and drive our influencer marketing initiatives.If you have a flair for building strong influencer networks, a creative eye for content, and the drive to amplify brand presence across digital platforms, this is your chance to be part of a fast-growing health & wellness brand making a real difference.Roles & Responsibilities:Device and execute end-to-end Influencer marketing strategy for India's leading collagen brand HK VitalsIdentifying relevant influencers monthlyCompetitive benchmarking around influencer activations to maintain maximum share of voice for the brand on social mediaReview and upgrade the influencer associations on a periodic basis performance metrics of social media engagement and trafficExceptional scripting and content writing skills are essentialTrack and maintain a repository of all influencer campaigns and deliverablesSupport planning, stargazing and execution of various Influencer campaigns which involves brainstorming, content ideas, influencer screening across categories- Nutrition, Wellness, Lifestyle & Fitness, communicating and coordinating, timely execution, and maintaining reportsManaging various vendors and agencies for influencer marketing initiativesTrack performance of all influencer marketing projectsKeep track of weekly targets and help the team to achieve the sameMeasurable improvements to performStay current with digital media trends and toolsWork with other departments (product development, creative, merchandising, operations, and sales, etc.) to ensure goal and strategy alignmentRequirements:Should be from an agency background having dealt with various Influencer campaigns. Skincare brand experience is a plus.Good negotiation skills to ensure maximum ROI for the budgetsShould have worked with a mix set of influencers – Category A+, A, B, MicroUnderstand nuances of working with influencers on different platforms – You Tube, InstagramBlend of creativity, analytical, perseverance, and results-oriented problem-solving skillsStrong sense of ownership and appetite for learningProficient in Word, Excel (Moderate to advanced excel experience), Outlook and Power PointAn eye for potential digital creatorA team-oriented mindset and the ability to work with a wide range of individualsAbility to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertaintyShould have 2-3 years of experience in Influencer marketingExcellent communication skillsBachelor's/PG in marketing or relevant work experience
