Responsibilities:

  • Be able to run the client conversations independently, recommend, build, and deploy solutions to the business challenges and have an aggressive sales mindset.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and provide expert guidance on Aftermarket/Services by leveraging industry best practices.
  • Be able to conduct in-depth analysis of existing aftermarket/services portfolio and competing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Design, build and and implement tailored Aftermarket/Services solutions that align with client objectives and industry standards.
  • Develop comprehensive proposals and POV documents that outline the proposed aftermarket/services solutions and their potential impact on client operations.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, to ensure successful implementation and deployment of aftermarket/services solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients, including troubleshooting issues, conducting training sessions, and facilitating knowledge transfer.
  • Demonstrate passion, self-drive, and the ability to work against targets and deadlines to deliver high-quality solutions consistently.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 18 years of experience in Aftermarket/Services offerings covering areas like warranty management, spare parts, upgrades, aftermarket planning, life cycle analysis, technical publications, contract management, prognostics, SMR/MRO, Field services and related. At times build solutions, MVP in 1-2 sprints to win customer confidence.
  • Proven experience in the technical and functionals side aftermarket/services implementations of the tools. Must be apt with Digital Twin/MBSE in services – right from architect, tools and technologies to the deployment of the solution.
  • Must be hands-on technically with strong acumen to industry leading packages like PTC, ServiceNow, Ansys-ROM, Salesfoce, IBM-Maximo, Contenta, Cortona, Unity 3D, Articulate 360. in the offering areas mentioned above.
  • Must have owned 3-4 end to end large aftermarket/services rollouts/ implementation programs with top line and bottom line impact to clients – starting from vision, strategy, vendor evaluation, functional implementation, technical roll-outs, testing and hyper care.
  • Must have created large aftermarket/services multiyear proposals and have defended them in front of the client, leading to win.
  • Strong understanding of aftermarket/services, IoT, workflow management, digital thread, digital twin, MBSE/MBSD and collaboration tools.
  • Must have demonstrated experience in digital threads, digital twins, industry 4.0, and integrating technologies like SLM, FSM, ERP, PIM, CRM and so on.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and internal teams at all levels of the organization.
  • Passionate, self-driven attitude with the ability to work against targets and deadlines.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Intermediate skill with JavaScript required for process development and automation, experience with XML, SOAP, REST APIs
  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies, web applications, networks, protocols and email (SMTP, POP3), SSO, LDAP, ADSI etc on an enterprise scale
  • Certifications in two or three distinct tools to cover aftermarket landscape
  • Experience working with clients in diverse industries, such as automotive, aerospace, medical devices, hi-tech or heavy manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of emerging trends and technologies such as analytics, cloud, AI and others.
