Job Description:
WsCube Tech, a pioneering Upskilling Edtech Startup, is in search of a dynamic and seasoned professional to assume the role of Talent Placement and Alumni Engagement Specialist. This role is pivotal in orchestrating seamless transitions for our certified mentees into the professional arena by forging strategic alliances with corporate recruiters, coordinating career bridging events, and nurturing a vibrant community of WsCube Tech alumni.
Responsibilities:
1.Corporate Collaborations:
● Identify and cultivate partnerships with corporate recruiters and organizations to amplify placement opportunities for WsCube Tech certified mentees.
● Collaborate with industry stakeholders to comprehend prevailing hiring patterns, skill requisites, and job market dynamics.
2.Talent Placement Operations:
● Formulate and implement effective talent placement strategies for WsCube Tech certified mentees.
● Coordinate placement drives, interviews, and recruitment activities to ensure successful career transitions for our students.
● Monitor and evaluate placement data for measuring success metrics and identifying areas for enhancement.
3.Career Bridge Events:
● Organize and execute career bridging conventions and events to connect graduating students with potential employers.
● Conduct workshops and sessions on resume enhancement, interview acumen, and professional networking.
4. Alumni Community Cultivation:
● Establish and nurture a dynamic community of WsCube Tech alumni, fostering engagement and collaborative opportunities.
● Plan and execute alumni events, webinars, and networking sessions to facilitate ongoing learning and professional development.
5.Feedback Mechanism and Enhancement:
● Solicit feedback from students and corporate partners to continually refine placement processes and enhance program efficacy.
● Implement improvements based on feedback loops and evolving industry dynamics.
6.Communication and Reporting:
● Regularly communicate with students, alumni, and corporate partners to disseminate placement updates, success stories, and opportunities.
● Prepare and deliver periodic reports on placement outcomes and alumni involvement for the leadership team.
Qualifications:
● Demonstrated experience in talent placement operations, career services, or related capacities.
● Proficient in networking and adept at building robust professional relationships.
● Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
● Familiarity with the technology and education sectors is advantageous.
