Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Placement Coordinator at The Incredible Life Academy. The Placement Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to communication, customer service, education, and recruiting. They will interact with students, assist in career placement activities, organize workshops and events, and collaborate with the team to facilitate the overall learning experience.


Responsibilities:

- Facilitate student placements with corporates for internships and jobs

- Build and maintain relationships with industry partners and employers

- Provide career counselling and guidance to students

- Organize and coordinate campus recruitment activities

- Maintain placement records and track student employment outcomes

- Select, onboard, and coordinate vendors for timely execution of processes and jobs


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a placement profile
  • Knowledge of recruiting and placement processes
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office and placement-related software
  • Self-initiated and responsible
  • Ability to adapt, adjust, and provide solutions in a dynamic environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in customer service and education
  • Ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools
  • Experience in the education or training industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
