The chief role of the E-commerce Marketing Lead is to make sure that the stories of innovations and people of Repos are amplified in the best way possible. You will be responsible to start E- commerce of Energy in the given zone through marketing. • You will be creating Magic.• You will be Creating a world where Repos is not only changing the energy distribution of the world but also impacting millions of lives on the planet.• You will be leading a path that has never been walked before.• You will be creating a global brand which is there in the top 3 brands of the world (Why Not?) Since we are into e-commerce of energy, the need for energy will never vanish. And it is our dream to create a brand where we stand for something larger than ourselves.• You will have to make sure that people in your area are ordering Energy from the mobile application and you will have to interact with different stakeholders to make sure you are achieving your goals.• You will be working closely with thefounder’s office.And Last,• You will be changing the world and showing your magic (We know this for sure)  • Develop the brand promotion strategies for the company by identifying opportunitiesand campaigns to increase website traffic, revenue, sales, and retention.• Oversee marketing lead generation.• Set the budget every quarter for marketing spend with VP of Finance and Admin• Provide short- and long-term market forecasts, reports, and trends to assist business development in the acquisition of clients• Perform industry and competitive analysis to inform the sales process and help positioning and messaging. Monitor market intelligence and keep track of competitor movement and market situation.• Perform ongoing tracking and reporting on marketing initiatives through the CRM system• Lead product launches with creative campaigns across channels. Develop and execute marketing plans that may include PPC, email campaigns, participation in industry conferences and events, webinars, and website updates• Work with Brand and Digital Marketing teams to develop engaging content for specific website pages. Understand current SEO/PR/SEM/Affiliate channels and then improve on metrics and impacts• Working on the positioning of the products, services and which will act as an umbrella to the sales & marketing to drive numbers. (Yes You will have to do the home-work of the market and products)• Closely working with the sales heads to deliver their requirements for capturing themarket and yet keep your department P&L (improving the ROI)• As you will be working closely with the founder’s office, understanding the organization challenges and proactively coming up with ideas which can be resolved through marketing tactics. • 6+ years as a leader of a large team, preferably in the fields of marketing and brand campaigns• An efficient administrator: Excellent team management and scheduling skills, structured working style (As creativity without structure is a mess).• A good psychologist who knows what people(team/customers) think and want.• Willing and able to set high standards.• Capable of strategic thinking positioning and all that. The ability to think creatively and provide a solution through visuals.• Research minded & Mastery over execution (Ideas without action and execution are a delusion)• Prepared to share credit for good work, and accept blame for bad work.• A good teacher, leader and a good recruiter.
