We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Manager to join our team. The Senior HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role will ensure the effective and efficient management of our HR operations, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.


HR Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Provide strategic HR support and guidance to senior management.
- Lead organizational development and change management initiatives.
Recruitment and Talent Management:
- Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage performance appraisal processes and ensure employee development programs are in place.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement.
- Address and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to identify areas for improvement.
Training and Development:
- Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Develop leadership development programs to build a strong leadership pipeline.
- Ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Manage the compensation and benefits program, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with industry standards.
- Oversee payroll administration and ensure accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
- Conduct regular compensation reviews and make recommendations for adjustments.
HR Policies and Compliance:
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR management.
HR Metrics and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present HR reports to senior management.
- Use data-driven insights to inform HR strategies and decision-making.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HR role.
Experience in the wellness, fitness, or hospitality industry is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Empathetic and approachable, with a genuine interest in employee well-being.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus. Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HR role. Experience in the wellness, fitness, or hospitality industry is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
