The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. They will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. - Provide guidance and support to employees on various HR-related matters, including policies, procedures, and conflict resolution.
- Handle employee complaints and grievances in a fair and confidential manner.

- Performance Management:
- Develop and implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance and productivity.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
