Business Development Executive

Shift Timing: 12 Noon to 9 PM- Monday to Friday (WORK FROM OFFICE ONLY)
Location: Drive -in Road, Ahmedabad
Key Responsibilities:
Place outbound calls to prospects using a prepared script to introduce our services.
Assess the needs and interests of prospects to determine if they are a good fit for our offerings.
Schedule meetings for the Business Development Manager with qualified leads.
Prioritize appointments to maximize revenue and sales opportunities.
Field incoming calls and convert them into appointments efficiently.
Maintain detailed records of calls and appointments using CRM software.
Communicate effectively with team members and management to enhance sales strategies.
Stay updated on product knowledge to explain services to prospective customers effectively.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, and attention to detail.
Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting goals.
Requirements :
Excellent Communication Skills : Strong verbal communication skills are essential for effectively engaging prospects over the phone.
Sales Aptitude : Basic understanding of selling techniques and the ability to identify opportunities to advance prospects through the appointment setting.
Previous Experience : Prior experience in a sales or telemarketing role is preferred but not required.
Bachelor's Degree : While not mandatory, a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field may be advantageous.
