Technical Account Manager - MediaOpsLocation: HyderabadShift Timings : Should be flexible for EMEA/night shifts

Responsibilities:Lead exploratory conversations with clients to help them understand what / why to implement Conversions APIUnderstand and advise client on what events / parameters need to be provided to hit Conversions API resilience scoreTroubleshoot / assist developers in deploying server to server web requestsJSON request audits in postman - Monitoring on Pinterest side to see what requests are ingested and give feedback if failedProvide feedback in what edits need to be made to match specsRequirements:3-5 years of experience in handling tag implementation and troubleshooting analytics/conversion pixel setupsExperienced in working with tag and feed management systemseComm/Lower funnel campaign management and/or strategyHTML/SQL experience (even as working level knowledge)Proactively respond to ambiguous problems and drive to solutionExpertise in the digital campaign spaceVery strong interpersonal communication and client-facing skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentHigh levels of attention to detail and ability to organize and prioritize assignmentsAbility to prioritize work independently and demonstrate a willingness to be flexible and versatile in the production role, proactively addressing changes in client demands
