Profile Summary

Corporate HR Business Partner role focused on managing end-to-end recruitment for corporate functions while supporting HR initiatives in engagement, performance management, workforce planning, and policy implementation. The position serves as a strategic partner to business leaders, ensuring effective hiring and people practices.

Key Responsibilities:


• Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate and operations roles, ensuring closures within TAT.


• Build strong candidate pipelines through portals, referrals, and networking.


• Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.


• Act as HRBP for corporate teams, driving employee engagement and performance processes.


• Support HR operations including onboarding, policy implementation, and employee lifecycle management.

Key Skills & Competencies:


• Proven experience in corporate hiring across multiple domains.


• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight timelines.


• Good understanding of HR processes, engagement, and performance management.


• Analytical mindset with ability to track and report hiring/HR metrics.

Requirements:


• 4 to 7 years of strong recruitment experience, preferably in a consulting.


• Prior exposure to HRBP/generalist responsibilities.


• Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.


• Bachelors/master's degree in human resources or related field.
