Job Description
Starfinder, agenzia di selezione del personale dedicata esclusivamente al settore ICT, ricerca un Freelance   Technical Leader per società ICT con sede a Trento operante nel settore delle tecnologie biomedicali. La risorsa ricercata sarà responsabile di guidare e coordinare il team di professionisti tecnici per garantire il successo dei progetti (web e mobile) e il raggiungimento degli obiettivi aziendali. Questo ruolo richiede una solida esperienza tecnica, competenze di leadership e una buona comprensione delle best practice di sviluppo software. Richiesta disponibilità di almeno 2/3gg in settimana.
Lo stack tecnologico utilizzato per i progetti comprende: Ruby on Rails, ReactJS, MySQL, Docker, Python, Panda3D, Unity per Android, Kotlin, React Native (per Android e iOS).
Responsabilità principali:
  • Fornire leadership tecnica al team, guidando e ispirando i membri a raggiungere l'eccellenza tecnica e i risultati desiderati
  • Collaborare con il team di sviluppo per definire le specifiche tecniche dei progetti e garantire che siano allineate agli obiettivi aziendali
  • Supervisionare l'intero ciclo di sviluppo del software, dalla progettazione all'implementazione, assicurando la qualità e il rispetto dei tempi di consegna
  • Risolvere problemi complessi e fornire soluzioni tecniche innovative per affrontare sfide tecniche
  • Collaborare con altri team, come il team di prodotto (product owner) e il team commerciale, per garantire una comunicazione efficace e una collaborazione sinergica
  • Mantenere un'ampia conoscenza delle ultime tecnologie e tendenze del settore, e condividerle con il team per favorire l'innovazione e il miglioramento continuo
  • Fornire supporto tecnico e consulenza ai membri del team, rispondendo alle loro domande e fornendo orientamento tecnico

Requisiti Il candidato ideale presenta le seguenti caratteristiche:
  • Laurea in informatica, ingegneria informatica o un campo correlato
  • Esperienza comprovata (almeno 7/8 anni) nel ruolo di Technical Leader o in un ruolo di leadership tecnica simile
  • Esperienza nello sviluppo in Python
  • Conoscenza di Kotlin
  • Esperienza con i principali DB relazionali , in particolar modo con MySQL
  • Gradita eventuale conoscenza di linguaggi di programmazione/framework per il frontend (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, ecc.) e per lo sviluppo mobile (React Native)
  • Gradita conoscenza di Ruby on Rails
  • Capacità di gestire e guidare un team, incoraggiando la collaborazione e il successo collettivo
  • Eccellenti capacità di problem solving e di analisi tecnica
  • Forti competenze comunicative e capacità di lavorare in team
  • Orientamento al risultato e capacità di lavorare in un ambiente dinamico

Possibilità di smartwork (NON full remote). Tipologia contrattuale e pacchetto retributivo da definire in sede di colloquio sulla base delle competenze tecniche e dell'attuale assetto economico dei candidati.


Requirements
La ricerca è aperta per candidati freelance che presentino le seguenti caratteristiche: Laurea in informatica, ingegneria informatica o un campo correlato. Esperienza comprovata (almeno 7/8 anni) nel ruolo di Technical Leader o in un ruolo di leadership tecnica simile. Esperienza nello sviluppo in Python Conoscenza di Kotlin Esperienza con i principali DB relazionali, in particolar modo con MySQL Gradita eventuale conoscenza di linguaggi di programmazione/framework per il frontend (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, ecc.) e per lo sviluppo mobile (React Native) Gradita conoscenza di Ruby on Rails Capacità di gestire e guidare un team, incoraggiando la collaborazione e il successo collettivo.
