Director of Corporate Development

The Director of Corporate Development will participate in the entire M&A lifecycle, from initial strategy development and target identification to due diligence & valuation, and post-merger integration. This role requires a candidate with strategic thinking, strong financial acumen, and prior deal experience. Preferred Location: Bangalore or Hyderabad or Mumbai/Pune, India Responsibilities: Execute the company’s M&A strategy aligned with overall corporate growth objectives. Identify and evaluate potential acquisition or merger targets, in collaboration with senior management and business units. Conduct market analysis to identify industry trends, competitive dynamics, and potential risks or opportunities. Participate in the due diligence process by working across financial, legal, operation, and other departments, Analyze target company financials and perform valuation analysis (DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions). Work closely with internal teams and external advisors to evaluate synergies, risks, and integration challenges.
