Credit Rating/ Reviews (Associate Director/ Director), BangaloreWe are looking for a passionate, energetic individual to join our lending services division at a senior position. You will be leading delivery team members engaged with end-to-end lending life cycle activities across Credit Rating for mid-large corporate's.You shall also actively involved in expanding our Credit franchise by supporting the sales team and explaining the clients about our lending services including automotive platforms. You will work closely with senior leadership of delivery, and technology solution teams to manage client deliverables and further expand our offerings through various value propositions.Key Responsibilities:Good knowledge of credit or equity risk fundamentals, solving for what creates risk for an obligorExperience in writing reports crisply and analyzing Corporates or SMEsExperience in risk rating assessment of large and middle-market borrowers across geographies (desirable)Experience in analyzing free and paid research and preparation of event summariesGood knowledge of loan portfolio monitoring including spreading, covenant monitoring, interim and annual reviewsAbility to perform complex tasks with minimal support from supervisorAbility to inculcate the habit of self-learning and sharing best practicesShould be good in Excel functions (mandatory), not VBAMentoring and leading a teamKey Competencies:15-20 years of experience in doing credit rating/ reviews for mid-large corporatesPreparing timely event summaries with critical analysis of impact on obligorsPreparing detailed credit reports (interim and annual reviews) on obligors within committed timelinesUpdate required trackers with latest status/updatesIdentify ways for improvement in efficiency gains and process improvementResponsible for adherence to client SLAs and PoliciesPerform ad-hoc tasks with detailed understanding on client requirement within stipulated timelinesResponsible for on-time identification and escalation of risks and mitigants
