Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Key Account Sales Manager for EDC Sales at Paytm, located in Hyderabad. The Key Account Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts, developing and executing sales strategies, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include negotiating contracts, solving client issues, achieving sales targets, and maintaining strong relationships with clients through regular interactions and follow-ups.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales skills and experience in managing key accounts and achieving sales targets
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in account management and handling high-value clients
  • Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the financial services or payments industry is a plus
