Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional designs for the ServiceNow platform.
  • Work on ServiceNow modules and features, with a strong understanding of out-of-the-box (OOTB) modules , SLA management , system notifications , Flow Designer , and Agent Workspace .
  • Manage notifications and user account management processes within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Self-organize and manage tasks independently, from requirement gathering to system design and implementation.
  • Write clear and concise user stories, functional requirements, and business documentation.
  • Work in an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning, retrospectives, and continuous improvement efforts.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 4+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform, including familiarity with OOTB modules.
  • Experience with SLA management , notifications , and Agent Workspace in ServiceNow.
  • Strong ability to gather and translate business requirements into functional system designs.
  • Familiarity with Flow Designer , playbooks , and user account management in ServiceNow.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical and business requirements to diverse stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and able to work independently, managing tasks from start to finish.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with the Source to Pay module, especially Supplier Lifecycle Operations (not mandatory but a plus).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and development processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
