Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to lead and scale our influencer marketing business with major clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, especially with large-scale e-commerce platforms, and possess deep expertise in influencer marketing. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive growth, build strong client relationships, and position Digital Adarsh as a leader in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Development: Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to grow our influencer marketing business with key clients, focusing on large-scale e-commerce platforms.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with senior leaders across various departments at client organizations, including Shopping, Live Commerce, and Electronics, to identify and leverage growth opportunities.
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring long-term partnerships that are beneficial for both clients and Digital Adarsh.
  • Proposal Management: Prepare, present, and negotiate business proposals that align with client goals and Digital Adarsh’s objectives, ensuring win-win outcomes.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, stay ahead of market changes, and anticipate client needs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and analytics, to align strategies, develop impactful campaigns, and ensure successful execution.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on the performance of business development initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest developments in the e-commerce and influencer marketing industries to inform strategies and client interactions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or influencer marketing, with a focus on large-scale e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong network and established relationships within the influencer marketing industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
