Generate qualified leads via outbound calls, Linked In outreach, emails, and networking. Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and position outsourcing solutions. Maintain and manage a sales pipeline in CRM with timely follow-ups. Track industry trends and competitor activities to refine outreach strategies. Consistently meet and exceed monthly KPIs (qualified leads, meetings set, cold calls). Experience Required: 2–4 years in sales/business development within outsourcing or professional services. Prior experience in fast-growing outsourcing companies is preferred.
